How Living Paycheck To Paycheck And 9 to 5 Destroys Your Health

Most people are living paycheck to paycheck, that alone can damage their health really bad, and in addition to that, they’re also working almost all-day long, making the situation even worse.

Almost 80% of the American workers are living from paycheck to paycheck, meaning that America doesn’t have a jobs crisis, it has a ‘good jobs’ crisis – where too much employment is insecure, and poorly paid.

Work-related stress is damaging your immune system anyway, and of you add 9 – 5 work hours and in-work poverty you get a really bad health and a potential possibility to develop some form of cancer in your lifetime.

There is a solution to the mess that is actually caused by the success of humanity to proving most products and services to itself, and maybe also by some other factors like globalization (which is a good thing). The solution is called Universal Basic Income (UBI), and it’s already popular worldwide.

The idea of a universal basic income is not new, but the actual need for it is new, and pretty much necessary. Automation and further improvement of the market sectors are also a factor contributing to the issues that it solves, issues like poverty, inequality and health.

In addition to all the above issues, crime is also a global problem, and Universal Basic Income (UBI) is also partly solving it by reducing the most popular factor contributing to crime itself, poverty.

“It is proven by experiment that a universal basic income would dramatically reduce poverty.

“There were also other notable effects, like a 42 percent drop in crime, huge reductions in child malnutrition and school dropout rates, and a 301 percent increase in self-employment.”, a huffingtonpost report mentions.”, a report by The Incomer mentions.
